About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Administrator to join our team at Elizabeth Michael Associates Ltd. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction workers deployed to our clients are fully compliant with legal requirements, including Right to Work documentation and relevant certifications.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic and growing recruitment agency. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a compliance or administration role, preferably within the recruitment or construction industry, and a strong understanding of UK Right to Work legislation and construction industry compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the company's database with current compliance documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible for audits.
  • Assist in developing and updating company policies and procedures related to worker compliance and documentation.
  • Verify the documentation of all workers, including Right to Work in the UK, CSCS cards, and other necessary certifications.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures to ensure ongoing adherence to legal and regulatory changes.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
