Sales Specialist Role

We're seeking a talented Sales Specialist to join our team at Minster, a leading specialist distributor of insulation and dry lining materials in Northern Europe. As a Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

A competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer for this role. In addition to a basic salary, you'll also benefit from a range of benefits including staff discount, life assurance, and 34 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong relationships with customers through regular communication and account management.
  2. Provide proactive advice and solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  3. Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales experience within a similar industry or sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and software.
