We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Chemist to join our team at Helio Display Materials. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in the synthesis and formulation of materials for display applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute lab work following materials synthesis and formulation recipes and characterisation protocols.
  • Work closely with experienced chemists and materials scientists to progress our products to the next stage of performance.
  • Perform characterisation such as materials properties, optical performance, and lifetime.
  • Report results, ensure lab safety, and maintain equipment.
  • Track and monitor stock, including chemicals and consumables.
Requirements:
  • Minimum HNC/HND or degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related disciplines.
  • Experience working with common chemical and optical analytical methods.
  • Happy to do repetitive lab work.
  • Good time management and planning skills.
  • Experience working within industry and/or a chemistry laboratory.
  • Experience with formulation preparation and deposition of resin thin films using spin coating, blade coating, etc.
