Your Mission at Elis
  • To uphold the company's vision, values, and policies at all times.
  • SUPPORT THE ENGINEERING TEAM with hands-on experience to mentor team members, ensuring adherence to PPMs, SSOWs, and working procedures.
  • To ensure compliance with regulations for fire and alarm systems, PAT, pressure valves, etc., analyzing results and implementing corrective actions to continuously improve the working environment.
  • Support the Engineering Manager/team to ensure risk assessments/COSSH/RIDDOR, etc., are implemented and undertaken, and accident prevention measures are initiated as required.
  • Support the Engineering Manager with planning, organizing, and coordinating resources to meet production requirements of ongoing maintenance and unplanned issues.
  • Support the Engineering Manager to plan and direct operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment as per production requirements.
  • Collaborate with approved suppliers to obtain parts and machinery.
  • Support the Engineering Manager to deliver training to engineers and operators on new machinery, utilizing documentation and SSOWs.
