o9 Technical Delivery Lead

Hybrid - 2 days in office (location varies by region)


We are partnering with a global leader in consumer goods to find an experienced Technical Delivery Lead with expertise in Supply Chain Planning and Digital Transformation.


The role involves leading the regional integration of the o9 core model with ERP systems like SAP S4 HANA and other planning tools. You’ll manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring global consistency and mitigating risks. Key responsibilities include overseeing vendor relationships, facilitating testing and go-live readiness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet regional requirements and support change management.


Required Experience:


  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with a focus on implementation of solutions like o9, JDA/Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP/APO.
  • Expertise in Digital Supply Chain transformation initiatives, particularly for Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Strong process knowledge in supply chain, demand sensing, and reporting, with an understanding of integrating technical systems such as SAP S4 HANA.
  • Proven experience leading full project lifecycles, from planning through to implementation and go-live.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions at all levels.
  • Experience in configuration, testing, and data integration within supply chain planning platforms.
  • MBA or similar advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Certifications in o9/Planning or related platforms are advantageous.
