Job Title: Female Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care and support to a 15 year old female with complex needs in the Stoke area.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a young female who requires significant support with her daily needs. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our client, including assisting with personal care, medication management, and engaging in activities that promote her physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide care and support to our client with complex needs, including personal care, medication management, and engaging in activities that promote her physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Support our client with her mobility and cognitive difficulties, including using her mobility vehicle to take her out.
  • Engage in activities that promote our client's physical and emotional well-being, such as sensory play, cooking, and swimming.
  • Work collaboratively with our client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure her needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle.
  • DBS/PVG check and references.
  • The Right to Work in the UK.
