About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced training delivery professional to join our team in Essex. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel frequently throughout the region.

The salary for this position is estimated at £39,720 per annum, based on a basic salary of £34,800 and a car allowance of £4,920. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme and healthcare benefits.
