We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Care Scheduler to join our team at Choices Home Care. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating care schedules to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce Staff Rotas in advance: Using a computer-based roster system, you will create well-planned schedules that take into account the skills and availability of our staff.
  • Take on new referrals: You will work closely with our referral team to ensure that new client referrals are smoothly integrated into our existing care schedules.
  • Grow our service: By identifying opportunities to improve our services and processes, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., health sciences, business administration)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
