Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Engineer Placement. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of engineering change management and introducing new, unique, and upgraded parts and products within our plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Involved with all aspects of implementation of engineering change management and introduction of new, unique and upgraded parts and products within the plant
  • Prepare and present detailed department score cards for review on a monthly and quarterly basis to senior management
  • Continuous collation of data attributed to the business using Oracle/Excel/Windchill
  • Involved with all other departments at the plant to gain good knowledge and understanding of a global multinational organization
  • Collaborating with external business functions to understand the entire new part introduction process

Requirements

  • We are looking for a wide range of applicants studying towards a bachelors degree from across all engineering / Supply chain or other related subjects
  • Good PC literacy MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Knowledge of Windchill desirable but not essential
  • Practical approach to support new parts and product introduction, ability to manage own projects
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, communication skills (verbal and written), time management and prioritization skills, proactive attitude
