Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring seamless execution of production plans and schedules.
- Manage materials and stock levels to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
