The ideal candidate will support the Head of Procurement in delivering a procurement service, including implementing policies and processes. They will work on various projects to support the company's growth.



  • Manage software license renewals proactively and ensure timely renewals.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of software license agreements for compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
  • Identify key risks, obligations, and opportunities within each agreement prior to requesting legal input.
  • Develop a Software Asset Management roadmap aligning with business goals and IT strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define milestones, goals, and initiatives for implementing software asset management best practices.

This hybrid role requires 3 days of work in the Central London office and 2 days working from home.


What You Will Need:


A suitable candidate should have relevant experience in software procurement and strong analytical skills. They should be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.


Compensation and Benefits:


The estimated annual salary for this role is £85,000 - £95,000. The company offers a highly competitive bonus structure and an attractive benefits package.
