We are seeking a Nuclear Design Lead to join our team at Millbank Holdings Ltd. As a Nuclear Design Lead, you will be responsible for delivering Nuclear design work, inspections, and construction site support on projects for a range of public and private sector clients within the UK and overseas. With your extensive experience as a Civil/Structural Engineer, particularly in managing design projects within highly regulated sectors like nuclear, Oil & Gas, Rail, or Water, while ensuring compliance with rigorous safety standards, we believe you would be an excellent fit for this role.

The Opportunity:

Due to unprecedented demand, our client has a number of exciting vacancies available for Principal Civil/Structural Engineers working across a multitude of projects including Decommissioning, Nuclear New Build, Defence, and Advanced technologies. Permanent and Inside IR35 Contract opportunities are available.

Your Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Nuclear design work, inspections, and construction site support on projects for various clients.
  • Manage project delivery, including people management of Senior CS&A Engineers and CS&A Engineers.

You will be working with integrated multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-profile projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Civil/Structural Engineering and experience in managing design projects within highly regulated sectors.
