As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will be responsible for providing hands-on care and support, including administering medication, managing medical equipment, and assisting with daily living tasks. You will also work closely with our nursing team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet each individual's unique needs.

This position requires no prior experience in care work, as we provide comprehensive training and clinical support to help you grow and develop your skills. The estimated salary for this role is £24,500 - £29,500 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including paid annual leave, refer-a-friend scheme, and enhanced DBS checks.
