We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Tarmac Trading Limited. As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to plant breakdowns and perform repairs in a timely and safe manner.
- Contribute to the development of the Computer Maintenance Management System.
- Participate in planning major equipment overhauls and shutdown coordination.
- Maintain and update information in CMMS or other related maintenance systems.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Apprentice trained or ONC/NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering.
- Working knowledge of maintenance practices, hydraulics/pneumatics, and experience of Fabricating and Welding.
- Experience of TPM methodology and Continuous Improvement.
- Knowledgeable in the area of Predictive Maintenance.
