Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to assist in the development and implementation of annual marketing plans for Bally's Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Direct Marketing team on promotions, offers, and database marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive business results.
  2. Work closely with the advertising agency on all PR and Advertising efforts to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  3. Oversee the television, radio, and billboard commercials traffic schedule and coordination with the agency to optimize reach and engagement.
  4. Present creative ideas for promoting the property via web, email, and media promotions to differentiate the brand and drive customer acquisition.
  5. Assist in planning and coordinating major events for Bally's Dover to enhance the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  6. Design and schedule Marquee messages for slots, hotel, and harness to communicate key messaging and promotions effectively.
  7. Create job orders for design needs for slots, hotel, entertainment, and harness to support the marketing strategy and objectives.
  8. Monitor social media accounts for follow-up needs and guest service issues to ensure timely response and resolution.
  9. Proofread all marketing materials to maintain high-quality standards and accuracy.
  10. Track expenses, reconcile invoices, and report forecast expenses to the marketing and finance team to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Journalism, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years' experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and balance numerous operations.
  • Fluency in English required.

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
