Test Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our client's site in Rochester, working within a specialized manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working in a time-sensitive environment, testing a range of analogue and digital products
  • Diagnosing and identifying issues within an electronic system by examination of individual components, using circuit diagrams
  • Using a range of tools and equipment to carry out tests, ensuring compliance to test specifications and following processes and procedures
  • Identifying failures and using appropriate tools to test equipment, wiring, soldering, and quality inspection where necessary
  • Associated digital documentation
Requirements:
  • A solid background in electronics manufacturing environments
  • Experience testing and fault-finding to component level
  • The ability to understand circuit diagrams
  • Tech savvy, able to use various digital software
  • A good work ethic with flexibility to work various shift patterns
  • Willing to upskill, or use additional knowledge in wiring, soldering, and fitting
  • Great communication skills
  • The right to work in the UK permanently with no restrictions
