Job Details:
This is a full-time, permanent position available immediately. The successful candidate will be based in Peterborough and will work Monday to Friday (office hours) with a competitive salary of £12.50 - £13.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple mortgage applications simultaneously, prioritizing workloads efficiently
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients throughout the mortgage application process
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and data protection standards
- Proactively identify and address potential application delays and proactively find solutions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a mortgage administration role within a financial services environment
- Solid understanding of the UK mortgage market, including different types of mortgage products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively and multitask
