Role Description

You will play a key role in delivering some of the biggest, most iconic projects imaginable, with some of the best talent around. With your energy, agility, and a keen eye for detail, you will deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients every day.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with delivery teams as the key contact for the Sponsor and Project.
  • Liaise with other project teams and client functions to agree conformity of approach and consistent accessibility of documentation.
  • Monitor Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) so that it is rolled out into business as usual within agreed timescales, maintaining conformity of approach, consistent configuration of systems, and standard accessibility of documentation.
  • Carry out assurance and monitoring of data completeness and quality across the Common Data Environment.
  • Approve processes, procedures, and systems to maintain effective information management and document control.
  • Manage the effective resourcing of document control activity.
  • Monitor adoption of information management and document control processes within programme and project teams.
