Salary: £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
At A1 Personnel Employment Agency Limited, we are seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As an Electronics Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with manufacturing and supply teams to resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Collaborate with manufacturing and supply teams to resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Fault Investigation: Investigate, document, and address faults in customer-owned products, implementing improvement plans.
- Manufacturing Development: Assist in creating balanced, flexible production lines, improve manufacturing costs, and write SOPs and risk assessments.
- Process Control: Manage manufacturing changes from concept to production and introduce new parts and tools into production.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Ensure DFM/DFA standards for new and existing designs, managing NPI deliverables with project teams.
- Safety & Compliance: Serve as a subject matter expert in safety for components and test processes, fostering a strong safety culture.
- Sales Support: Provide technical data for customer and project bids.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in electronics manufacturing and testing.
