Cost Engineer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cost Engineer. As a key member of our project controls team, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects to our key clients and driving the growth of our business in this sector.
Key Responsibilities- Apply project controls processes and systems utilization to ensure accurate cost allocation and forecasting.
- Set up, close out, and reconcile projects to ensure corporate systems are up to date and an accurate reflection of the project.
- Monitor revenue and gross margin, including aged debt, to ensure financial stability.
- Regularly interface and integrate with the project controls team to maintain an aligned financial position with the project plan.
- Conduct earned value analysis and monitor key performance indicators to ensure project success.
- Manage risk and opportunities relative to the cost engineering role and contribute to the 'Lessons Learnt' process throughout the project lifecycle.
As a Cost Engineer, you will have a strong understanding of project controls processes and systems. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects to our key clients. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with various stakeholders.
