The programme

You will start your career as a permanent employee in our Operations Academy, studying for your CISI Level 3 – Investment Operations Certificate, learning on the job, and participating in soft skill training courses.

You will be part of the Investment20/20 programme, networking with trainees across the industry, participating in training, socials, and insight events.

What you'll do

Within this role, you will work to ensure the integrity of custody and cash position data and complete reconciliation, investigation, and allocation of all breaks in cash and securities.

To succeed, you must be at least 18 years old and willing to study outside normal office hours. This role is open to school leavers, non-graduates, and graduates.

After initial training, you may have the option to work from home or in our office, with a minimum expectation of 60% of the week spent working in our office.
