About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and administrative professional to provide support and coordination for the DTP and CDT programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with staff in the School of Biological Sciences and consortium partners to ensure the smooth operational delivery of these programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the DTP and CDT programmes, including coordination of meetings, events, and communications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consortium partners, including University of Lincoln, Aberdeen, and Strathclyde.
  • Assist with the development of future DTP/CDP proposals and contribute to the growth of these programmes.
  • Provide advice and guidance to students, academics, and other stakeholders on programme-related matters.
  • Manage data and reports, including collecting and analyzing data, and summarizing recommendations.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a primary degree or substantial administrative experience in a relevant role. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a student-facing role in higher education, including experience providing advice, management reporting, and committee servicing. Strong administrative IT skills are essential, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and data systems.
