We're Heels & Brogues Group Limited, a leading manufacturer of professional coffee machines, seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer for Coffee Machines.

About the Position:
  • This role is perfect for individuals looking to enter the engineering field with experience working with machines, mechanically and/or electrically.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress as the business grows and new opportunities arise.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Perform planned maintenance on coffee machines, ensuring compliance with customer standards and optimal performance.
  2. Collaborate with customers' boiler inspectors for PSSR Boiler Inspections.
  3. Address issues with valves and associated components to prevent faults post-maintenance.
  4. Ensure equipment calibration for optimal coffee quality.
  5. Manage spare parts in the service van independently.
  6. Complete accurate and timely service reports documenting work and spare parts used.
Requirements:
  1. Possess basic electrical wiring/testing skills and be willing to learn multimeter usage.
  2. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  3. Familiarity with electronics and circuitry is advantageous.
  4. Coffee knowledge is desired but not essential.
  5. Show good organisational and problem-solving skills.
