**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Erewash South Social Work Long Term Team at Derbyshire County Council. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, accountable, and cost-effective service to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide person-centred and strength-based social work services to clients, recognising their assets and strengths to enable them to reach their goals.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Participate in regular supervisions, peer supervisions, training, and opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
