We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our Disabled Children's Team at Opus People Solutions Ltd, delivering high-quality social work services to children with complex disabilities and their families.
This role requires a qualified social worker with proven post-qualification experience, preferably in children's services or disability support, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and other professionals, ensuring their welfare is safeguarded in accordance with legal and statutory obligations.
Salary: £31,000 per annum, estimated salary based on location and industry standards.
About the Role:
- Deliver professional social work services to children with complex disabilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and care.
- Conduct assessments, develop plans, and monitor progress to safeguard children's welfare.
- Build strong relationships with families, promoting empowerment and confidence.
