  • Develop and implement a comprehensive housing service strategy, working closely with the Operations Director and CEO
  • Manage the development and day-to-day running of Hope at Home's housing service, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Establish relationships with local authorities, landlords, and other stakeholders to secure suitable properties and funding
  • Recruit and line manage support workers to provide high-quality service delivery

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in housing development or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of housing regulations and compliance standards
