About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Wellbeing Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of our residents by providing a wide range of activities that engage and stimulate their physical, cognitive, and social well-being.

  • Maintaining a safe living and working environment is essential for our residents' comfort and well-being.
  • Effective communication is critical in reporting any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the relevant team members.
Responsibilities
  1. Support the Wellbeing Coordinator in planning and delivering activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  2. Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback.
  3. Collaborate with local community groups to promote intergenerational activity and access to external resources.

About Avery Healthcare

Avery Healthcare is a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes, dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for our residents and team members alike. Our vision is to build a network of over 100 homes across the UK, where employees feel valued and empowered every day.

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. A DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK are required.
