Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and companionship to an individual living in Wem, who has an acquired brain injury, mental health, and limited communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, PEG feeding, and housekeeping.
- Support the individual with all facets of daily living, including companionship and days out.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment, promoting independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Requirements
- UK driver's license
- Mental health and ideally brain injury experience
- Reliable and resilient individual with excellent communication skills
