Our client, a well-established nursery, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) to join their team. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a nurturing environment, support children's learning and development, and ensure high standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality childcare in a safe and nurturing environment
- Support children's learning and development through planned activities
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure that all children's needs are met, including health, safety, and emotional well-being
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Experience working in an early years setting
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships with colleagues and parents
- A passion for working with children and supporting their development
- A current DBS check (or willing to undergo one)
