Your Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Current Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) status with a valid Pin Number.
  • Solid understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983.
  • Commitment to patient recovery and effective risk management strategies.
  • Compassionate and dedicated to supporting patient independence.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in clinical leadership roles.
  • Interest in research and assessment methodologies.
  • Knowledge of psychological interventions, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Previous experience working in personality disorder wards.
