Job Overview

Clancy Supervisors are key mid-level management positions overseeing operations. As the business grows, we need qualified individuals to support senior management and ensure efficient execution of operations.

The Role:

As a Field-based Supervisor on our Anglian Water Alliance, you will monitor field resource performance, working closely with stakeholders to maximize day-to-day operations. You will ensure planning, control of plant, labor, and risks are managed effectively.

Key Activities Include:

• Proactively manage schedules to minimize disruption and preventable mistakes
• Promote continual improvement and innovative ideas
• Reduce aborts, re-work, and traffic management fines
• Manage employee training and development for best contribution
• Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety and environmental legislation

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and experience required for this role. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a range of benefits including pension, healthcare, and holiday allowance starting at 24-26 days per annum.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will be an experienced supervisor, ideally with a good all-round knowledge of the construction and water industry. Relevant qualifications such as NRSWA Supervisor and a full clean valid driving license are desirable.
