Job Title: Programme Manager/MT-Led Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
Cycle Together is seeking an ambitious and experienced Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of a community-based cycling programme in London and associated health and wellbeing workshops. The successful candidate will work as a Consultant for a three-month project, responsible for managing all aspects of Cycle Together's Training programme services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and delivery of cycle training programmes and health and wellbeing workshops
- Coordinate and promote projects and activities, including planning and operational management of cycle training programmes
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring data is captured and analysed to demonstrate impact and intelligence
- Develop and maintain digital learning platforms, including calendar events, communication with participants, and resources
- Work with the Comms Officer to ensure comms reporting metrics are determined and data is captured
- Lead on programmes delivered via grant funding, ensuring learning approaches are embedded and reporting meets grant funding requirements
Requirements:
- Experience of project management, including planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on performance
- Compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements, such as GDPR, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and Equality Act 2010

We provide cycle training, bike mechanics workshops, and health and wellbeing workshops to help people develop skills, connect with their community, and tackle health inequalities.
