Job Description:

As a Residential Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the care activities of the residential unit, working closely with the care team to deliver personalized care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • To identify and address any concerns or issues related to resident care.

Requirements:

You will need to have a strong background in care coordination, preferably with experience in a similar role. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum.
