Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to support our manager in ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend site visits with the project manager to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and submit quotes and handle paperwork efficiently.
  • Support the manager with day-to-day operations, including completing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
  • Pick up and drop off materials as required to maintain efficient site operations.
  • Organize and sort materials to ensure smooth project progression.

Requirements:

  • A background as an air conditioning engineer or duct fitter is highly advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Full UK driving licence.
