Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at CV Screen in London.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with accounting systems, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accountancy practices. This is a full-time office-based role that offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package including 25 days of holiday, private health insurance, pension scheme, employee assistance program, enhanced family leave, and access to regular wellbeing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices, prepare weekly payment runs, and manage expense claims.
  • Handle credit control and resolve finance queries from clients and team members.
  • Conduct daily and monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and balance sheets.
  • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and assist with month-end processes.
  • Contribute to the improvement of financial systems and processes while completing ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with accounting systems (Xero knowledge is advantageous).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs.
  • A solid understanding of bookkeeping and accountancy practices, with AR/AP experience being a plus.
