The Role
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain records on the biological effluent treatment plant to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to perform planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns, utilizing equipment such as forklift trucks and mobile elevated work platforms.
- Conduct routine checks and record-keeping of building and services infrastructure, including fire safety systems and access equipment.
- Take meter readings for various services entering the business and perform minor site repairs as needed.
- Maintain high standards of external housekeeping and visual presentation across the business premises.
