Planned Works Team Lead

The successful candidate will oversee the planning and execution of repairs and maintenance projects, ensuring that they are carried out to a high standard and represent good value for money. They will also maintain compliance for health and safety and handle any complaints or breakdowns in service. In addition, the candidate will work closely with colleagues to ensure that work is arranged and prioritized efficiently.

Benefits Package
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £39,622 - £41,708 per annum, rising to £41,708 after 12 months subject to satisfactory performance. We also offer 25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days) plus public holidays, a pension scheme with employer contributions, life assurance, employee advice service including counseling, cycle to work scheme, voluntary health plans, wellbeing support, employee networks, and tools. Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should possess recent experience of undertaking a similar role, preferably within a building maintenance or facilities management environment. A working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation is also essential. Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads is required. Electrical qualification would be an advantage. Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (or similar), is necessary. This role will involve driving on company business, therefore, a full valid UK driving license is mandatory. As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring original certification verifying proof of their qualifications.
