We are currently seeking an experienced Workforce Coordinator to join our administration and nursing teams at our forensic mental health hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff rosters, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a seamless service using the Priory Online Rostering system.
About the Role:
- Manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage across all wards
- Liaise with Ward Managers to plan staffing requirements in advance
- Fill vacancies through overtime, bank workers, or agency staff as needed
- Support Ward Managers in achieving their responsibilities and accountabilities
