Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £12.50-£14.00 per hour, increasing to £13.00-£14.00 after 3 months, depending on the day or weekend worked. Additionally, you'll enjoy ongoing paid training, paid DBS checks, mileage reimbursement, and double pay on Bank Holidays.

Job Description

As an Evening Care Assistant with Home Instead, you'll play a vital role in providing companionship, accompaniment, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care to our clients. With a minimum 1-hour care visit, you'll have ample time to deliver high-quality, person-focused care.

You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring tailored support that enhances their quality of life. Your warm personality, empathy, and dedication will make a significant difference in the lives of those you care for.

Required Skills and Qualifications

While experience in care is an advantage, we provide full training to ensure you excel in this role. What's essential is your desire to care, willingness to work alternate weekends, and a valid right to work in the UK.
