Overview:
We're in search of dedicated Female Healthcare Assistants to join our team.

No prior experience necessary

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting patients in their homes within the community
- Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Aid with daily activities like bathing, grooming, and meal prep
- Monitor patient health and report any changes
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication (mostly on your company phone)
- Travel to various locations as required

**Skills**:

- Compassionate and supportive nature
- Excellent communication skills for patient and colleague interactions
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Basic IT skills for documentation
- Valid driver's license & access to a vehicle (until you qualify for our car scheme)

Proficiency in English language is a must.
