Cybersecurity Engineer Position

Are you a skilled Software Engineer looking for a new challenge? We are currently working with a leading company in the defence and national security space to find talented individuals for various upcoming projects.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative software systems.
As a Software Engineer, you will work closely with our team to design, implement, and maintain software systems that meet the required standards of quality and security. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing software systems using Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Developing frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Maintaining Linux systems and ensuring they are secure and up-to-date.
- Implementing unit testing frameworks such as Junit 5.x (Jupiter).
- Working with MongoDB and other databases.
- Using Agile development methodologies and Scrum principles.
- Holding an active SC/DV/eDV Clearance.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including private medical insurance, pension contributions, and more.
