About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to young people in supported accommodation settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and develop services that meet the needs of young people and are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the Assistant Director of Quality & Support to develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and improvement plans.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer experience.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategic objectives to drive service excellence.
  • Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and standards requirements.
About You

We are looking for a Registered Service Manager with:

  • A qualification in, or working towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role requiring the supervision and management of staff in a setting for young people operating in supported housing and/or care.
  • Substantial experience of working with young people and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication, project, and presentation skills.
  • Effective listening skills and the ability to self-reflect.
  • Clear and concise report writing for a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
