Job Title: MEP Estimator

About the Role:
Our client, a leading MEP Consultancy, is seeking an experienced MEP Estimator to join their team in Hertfordshire. As an MEP Estimator, you will work with major Building Services Contractors and end users on construction projects in various sectors, including residential, commercial, healthcare, and life sciences.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the MEP Quantity Surveyor in managing cost checks and valuations on larger projects
Provide estimates and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan
Participate in post-contract cost variances and change control processes
Manage cost checks and carry out valuations on larger projects
Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present to clients
Provide input into value engineering and negotiate final accounts
Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all project stages
