Delivering Excellence in Water Infrastructure

As a Sub Agent at M Group Services, you will be part of our Operations Team responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our water infrastructure and civil engineering projects. Your remit will be to lead a team of engineers and manage site works on programme.

Caledonia Water is a Joint Venture alliance between Aecom and Morrison Water Services to support the delivery of Scottish Water's SR21 Capital Investment programme. The alliance is responsible for delivering a £700M water and wastewater infrastructure programme over a 6-year framework.

To excel in this role, you will need to be proactive and have a strong focus on Health & Safety and quality. You will work with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure all sites are compliant with company SHEQ policy and procedures. Integrity and a positive attitude towards dealing with members of the public are crucial in this role.

You will be responsible for leading a team and driving a culture of safety and quality. Integrity is key to your success in this role. As a Sub Agent, you will be dedicated and thrive on taking on new responsibilities. You will relish the opportunity to manage work fronts in local communities and engage with the workforce to ensure project success.

The Key Requirements...

  • HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • Civil engineering experience including pipelaying, deep excavation, temporary works & streetworks
  • Knowledge of relevant H&S Legislation and NRSWA
  • SMSTS
  • NRSWA Supervisor
  • CSCS Supervisory Card
  • EUSR Water Hygiene & SW DOMS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Knowledge of construction standards and specifications
