Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sub Agent - Operations Lead to join our team at M Group Services. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for leading our Caledonia Water Alliance contract and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our water infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and manage site works on programme
- Ensure all sites are compliant with company SHEQ policy and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery and quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
Requirements:
- HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Civil engineering experience including pipelaying, deep excavation, temporary works & streetworks
- Knowledge of relevant H&S Legislation and NRSWA
- SMSTS
- NRSWA Supervisor
- CSCS Supervisory Card
- EUSR Water Hygiene & SW DOMS
- First Aid at Work
- Knowledge of construction standards and specifications
