We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across various sectors, including corporate, retail, and hospitality. As a key member of our consultancy, you will oversee the successful execution of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure design intent and project specifications are fully met.
  • Manage the procurement of materials and ensure delivery schedules align with project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations on-site.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track and within budget.


Requirements

  • Pre and post contract experience managing Fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects across a range of sectors on projects up £25m.
  • Must have experience of having worked in a Consultancy background in a property or real estate business.
  • Experience in Project Management/Employer's Agent/Contract Administration.
  • A technical understanding and working experience of Agreement for Leases, Purchase Agreements and Development Agreements and negotiations.
  • Experienced in variety of different methods of procurement and forms of construction contract and essentially JCT DB.
  • Leading on the delivery of developments/refurbishments/fit outs from feasibility, through design and procurement, construction phase to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build working relationships across in a team environment.
  • BSc or BA Degree qualified in Surveying, Construction and/or Engineering.
  • MRICS in Building Surveying or Project Management.
