We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Operations Director. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our operational strategy and driving business growth.

Job Description

The Head of Business Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operations of each core team across the business, ensuring performance and outputs meet objectives. This includes providing leadership across hiring, progression planning, and capacity management.

You'll drive operational excellence across each team, ensuring day-to-day workflows are efficient and tasks are completed in line with objectives. You'll also work closely with clients and service teams to ensure they're growing in line with targets, driving agency retention.

A key aspect of this role is managing internal KPI reporting processes, ensuring client accounts meet monthly targets. You'll take ownership of the external client reporting process, providing transparent and value-driven reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations of each core team across the business
  • Provide leadership across hiring, progression planning, and capacity management
  • Drive operational excellence across each team
  • Work closely with clients and service teams to drive growth and retention
  • Manage internal KPI reporting processes
Requirements
  • 2+ years minimum experience in a senior e-commerce role or similar in an agency
  • 6+ years experience working with DTC e-commerce
  • Clear understanding and passion for the e-commerce brand landscape
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to implement solutions that drives both client and business development
