About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Management Consultant to join our team at Hydrock. As a key member of our Fire Safety Division, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development and project delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed audits of fire risk management protocols for clients' facilities.
  • Provide strategic guidance on fire risk management for multi-site portfolios and complex buildings.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement pragmatic design solutions to mitigate fire risks.
  • Continuously review and update fire risk management protocols to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
  • Educate stakeholders on the importance of proactive fire prevention measures.
Requirements
  • Experience as a consultant carrying out pre and post inspections with a minimum Level 4 Fire Qualification equivalent.
  • A passion for fire risk management, with a focus on end-user experience and safety.
  • Minimum Technician level Membership of the Institute of Fire Engineers with an aim to achieve Member status (MIFireE).
  • Membership of a recognised 3rd Party Accreditation with the Institution of Fire Engineers Register of Fire Risk Assessors or a similar industry-related scheme or willing to commence the process of enrolling onto one.
  • Knowledge of relevant and current codes of practice, building regulations, health and safety legislation, standards, and materials.
