The Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on a range of projects within the Property sector. The successful candidate will take full responsibility of projects within the region, managing them through to completion. At senior level, the candidate will also have the opportunity to get involved in business and client development, representing the company at various networking events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects within the region, taking full client ownership and responsibility.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree and Chartered status.
  • Background in Building Surveying (desirable).
  • Experience working as a Project Manager at Senior level on the Consultancy or Main Contracting side.
  • Experience working on Property projects and knowledge of the JCT form of contract.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
