Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and methodical individual to join our team as a Conveyancing Support Specialist in Cardiff. This is a full-time position offering a salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing, with the ability to demonstrate initiative and undertake searches, ID checks, and other work on files without dictation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to our conveyancing solicitors in Cardiff to enable them to operate efficiently.
- Prepare correspondence using our case management system.
- Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person.
- Administer filing systems, including daily filing, opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
- Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Arrange the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as required.
About the Person
To be a successful candidate, you must possess the following attributes, skills, and experience:
- Excellent knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing.
- Demonstrate initiative and be able to undertake searches, ID checks, and other work on files without dictation.
- Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
- Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
- Be highly organised, methodical, and adaptable.
